6-Day Golden Triangle Tour from Delhi by Car

Day 1 :

Arrival Delhi

Our driver will pick you from the Indira Gandhi International Airport and transfer to your accommodations at New Delhi. Spend the evening at your leisure.

Day 2 :

Delhi to Jaipur

Pickup at 9am from the Delhi hotel/airport, or other location in Delhi or Gurgaon. Visit a half-day tour of New Delhi visiting, the 11th century Qutub Minar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site built by Qutub-ud-din Aibek of the Slave Dynasty, Bahai Temple, also known as the Lotus Temple (closed Mondays) and the India Gate, a war memorial. You will also drive by the Parliament House, the President's Palace and Government buildings.

Later 4.5-hour drive to Jaipur. Upon your arrival, check into your hotel and spend your night as you wish.

Day 3 :

Jaipur Sightseeing

After breakfast, visit to Amber Fort and On the way back to central Jaipur, stop to view the elegant Hawa Mahal or Palace of the Winds.

After lunch, tour the Maharajah’s City Palace. Now partly a museum, see the building Mughal and Hindu architecture and a rare collection of paintings, Rajput armory and costumes. Next, head to Jaipur’s Observatory, a UNESCO World Heritage site to examine the best preserved of India's historic observatories.

In the evening, relax and enjoy a Shopping in Jaipur is an excellent place to shop and you'll find an enticing variety of goods available there. Some of the most popular items are precious gemstones, silver jewelry, bangles, clothes, blue pottery, textiles and more.

Day 4 :

Jaipur to Agra

Come 8am, begin your drive to Agra, the City of the Taj Mahal. While en route, visit Fatehpur Sikri and have your guide tell you the story behind this ghost town.

Afterwards, visit the Taj Mahal (closed on Fridays), one of the seven wonders of the world or proceed on a photo tour of Taj Mahal from the riverside where you will catch views of the structure from across the river Yamuna.

Day 5 :

Agra Sightseeing

6am at sunrise, the magnificent Taj Mahal (Closed on every Friday) one of the Seven Wonders of the World and surely the most extravagant expression of love ever created. 20,000 men laboured for over 17 years to build this memorial to Shah Jahan's beloved wife.

Next, we visit Agra Fort, this powerful fortress of red sandstone encompasses within its 2.5-km-long enclosure walls, the imperial city of the Mughal rulers. It comprises many fairy-tale palaces, such as the Jahangir Palace and the Khas Mahal, built by Shah Jahan.

Enjoy shopping in Agra, where one can look for marble inlay work, fine quality carpets, Zari and embroidery, leather goods etc.

Day 6 :

Agra to Delhi

Drive back to New Delhi at 9am, then have lunch at a local restaurant. In the evening, your driver will bring you to your hotel or to the airport for your departing flight.
